Otb, my consistency has been up and down like a roller coaster to be honest. I'll go from working out 3 days a week, down to once a week. When I had a trainer, I was doing 4 days a week so that's my ultimate goal. I know you don't realize this but everytime I get lazy, I'll get on here and see you and others crush it. That gives me motivation to keep pushing in the gym.
