The weight is dropping off. Definitely stepped off the plateau.

95.4 kg Lost so far: 31.6 kg. Still to go: 4.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I saw it, Erika. I went to all of the pharmacies here yesterday. None had a Ketone meter. I will have to order online.
