Addie Aline's Journal, 20 Jul 15

I can say I did well yesterday and have today so far. I used the treadmill both days my hope is to try to do 5 days out of 7 and increase the amount of time little by little of course that will be if I'm not out of town. I haven't come up with a solution for when I'm at Sandys yet. That's still a work in progress depending on when she starts treatment.

I do think I need to plan a little better what my week will be but its hard to do as anyone with medical problems can attest to. Because you never know how well you will be from one day to the next. If you plan your days and can't keep it some days it messes with your head you feel like you've failed. So I'll keep thinking about ways to keep myself on track.
