Thank you, beautiful friend! 297.8 lb means no more 300s for me! I'm now fasted 83 hours. Planning to break fast tomorrow 😄 It's super motivating when the scale moves down.

Wow I am behind!! But it was worth it, I have a bike coming so I can pedal and maybe work the kinks out of my hip, Kudos on the fast Lady D!! I started again this morning! (well last night) but officially this morning!

Deb, I start my fasting timer the second I put down my fork. It helps me mentally to do it that way. I find the exercise bike is a pretty easy way to get my exercise in. I hope it helps with your hip.
