The weight loss wasn't as good as I had hoped, maybe cheese wasn't really a problem maybe it's the one prescription I'm on and I'll have to accept slow weight loss but it's not going to stop me. I am going to do this no matter how long it takes and really it will be forever because it's a new way of life. So onward I go. That's the way I should think about it anyway.

I did get some treadmill work in today so I feel good about that, I just need to keep increasing the amount of time little by little.

I made an appointment with my Cataract Dr couldn't get in until August 14th and that's the first step before the Retina stuff so I'm at least started but it always seems like I'm waiting and that's hard to do sometimes. But I know it could be so much worse.

Well that's my news for now so everyone hang in there and keep up the good work.

I started the treadmill in "baby steps" bc I was so heavy and got tired easy and had a bum knee. I started with 20m then bumped it up 10m a session per week. Now I can knock out an hour in no time.. its only taken 7 months BUT hey, Im here,, Good for your knowing your limits bc some people dont and thats how injuries happen. Happy day to you too !

Just getting up and trying is a start making the decision is a big plus in your favor now stick with it!!!!
