Just read an article in a local magazine about the 14:10 diet and how it is meant to be the next best thing. How you lose your weight whilst you sleep. Maybe its been around for a while, I dunno, this is the first I heard of it, but all I can say is "What a load of BS" LOL. I will stick with my 5:2 diet which I KNOW works :)
