I hope everyone had a good 4th of July weekend, mine was pretty quiet since I had just gotten back from vacation. The one thing I did was start using my treadmill again just a little. My back didn't do to bad so I'm only going to do it or 3 days a week and gradually work the minutes up from there and then add days as long as my back takes it. I'm hoping that will help the scale move down.
