Jour 2 du tour:

Today i cycled on my spinning bike. took the riders 3 hours and 27 minutes to reach the finish, so i cycled for that time. Somehow i give it a lot more effort when i cycle outside.

Cycling outside in the wind is always harder than inside.

you are right there, so i alternate a little each day... means i start early morning one day and midday the next, actually makes it harder... but i'll manage. as long as i dont fall and crash :O
