Happy 😃 happy 😃 hope it rains Wednesday….

Rain in forecast…we need it..grass is brown…looking like it could…

Rode again yesterday…✅and worked upper body…

Shoulder blades were hurting more then usual…2 pain pills helped…but…finally went to chiropractor…he popped my neck…put a massager on my shoulders…that felt so good..I got relaxed…lol…almost fell asleep…it all helped…but….gonna take more visits….if not today..then Monday…he’s gonna be gone thur..Friday…his mother in law trims 90 over weekend…lomg drive to South Carolina…

Not sire if I’m riding today,,I want to get a ride in..just to limber up…but might pass on dumbbell workout…thinking resistance bands might help to…kinda have to see…

First cup of coffee os gone….drinking water now…waiting on breakfast….

I slept great last night…once my body got in right place…
