Today was out of whack and didn't get a pre-coffee weigh in so I'm not recording the weight today. Will still record food but looking forward to my nap later. Sleeping with a hot, squiggly 2 year old...not used to it.

Need to work in my yard and pick up some groceries later and then a nap.
