Today is senior day ..where seniors come to breakfast for sausage and biscuit…..I set down at table before I realized that was today…got back up..guess today is a 48 hour fast….fried chicken at lunch…trying my best to eat the way my body needs me to…sun is out more..time to enjoy it….
