Might not be the right word for the way I feel when I’m fasting for several days…but it’s the highest one they have to chose from….if only I could have this feeling when I wasn’t in a fasting state….

Ty kat….as always..kinda gotta listen to the body on the moving…but the energy level I have when fasting..hard to just sit..if I feel like moving…lol…I’m glad I live on second floor so I’m able to use the stairs….one resident commented to me other day..when I used the elevator…she says..you never use the elevator…I try to use the stairs as much as I can…out of 52 residents…less then 7 use them…all of the staff use the stairs…

Wondering how long you do your fasts for? I just got off a 3 day 12 hour water fast (Mother's Day) and any longer isn't recommended without med. supervision. What kind of electrolytes/salts do you use to keep balanced? Thanks for any input

Did a 5 day couple of weeks ago…this fast ends Monday at 720am..Monday….breakfast time…as for salt/electrolytes…I use limit electrolytes just add it to water..soon as I end this fast then I return to omad again… my water fast is usually water and coffee…

Every fast I do …seems difficult in the way it affects me…this time food wasn’t even on my mind….but I have noticed the longer by the last few hours I’m ready for the fast to be over..or that’s how I felt on the 5 day fast…my doctor actually suggested a 5 day..after we talked about fasting…told him I had been reading/watching you tube on it…

Thanks, this one went pretty well. No hunger pangs past the first 10 hours. I used a few tablespoons of dill pickles juice, Efficient C Vitamins C and B's also no fats, carbs, proteins or calories and I needed flavor! Wondering if you ever get headaches?

I keep pickle juice in fridge…but rarely need it…as for headache…I rarely get them..and it I do..I use my energy from my hand to relief it…

Thanks for the info. My headaches (few but intense) must be from not enough electrolytes. Starting a new one so will adjust. Wondering if you take/drink vitamins and minerals while fasting. I use some that have no calorie, carbs, sugars etc. Need the C and B-12 helps to keep level. They don't affect the fast and the worst thing about fasting for me is no flavor 🤷♀️

Thanks, I'll check it out. The vitamins/minerals I'm taking cover pretty much everything. So far, no cramping but I've kept activity/exercise in case of lightheadedness. Kudos to you for stair climbing!!!

Magnesium takes care of several things..the you tube…I was listening to it before you posted…lol…soon as you posted..I thought it might take care of any of yours or anyone’s symptoms…
