It started out a beautiful day. Just when I was thinking about going somewhere, it started raining. Oh well, I really didn't need to go anywhere, but I wanted to get out of the house. I am down a pound in spite of eating low carb ice cream. It isn't low carb when I have ice cream 2 times a day. Anyway it is gone now and I have learned a lesson. I'm not going to buy a 1/2 gallon anymore. If I want ice cream from now on I'll just have a cone and be done with it.
