Worked out partially...walked some...strange night at gym. Had fat free old vegan breakfast of kale and sweet potato..its lost its sparkle..did it for years ..cannot whomp it up again apparently..the kale was good...ok working on improving bad attitude...I am not fat...just a whiner...
