Thanks everyone for the positive comments about my cheap phone. I had my yearly physical and all of my numbers are good. I was actually 6 pounds lighter than the last time I went to the Dr, which was right after Christmas. Those Holidays and Thanksgiving are really diet killers aren't they. My cholesterol was 170! Doctor still thinks I should join a gym and get with a trainer. I would if I lived closer to one, but I don't want to commute 20-40 miles to exercise at a gym. I am up 1/2 pound from my last weigh-in but still at goal.

You know cholesterol has many aspects and numbers - the doctor should do a more complete look and see the particles, etc. I bet you are doing pretty good when they take a look an individual numbers instead of just the total number.
