I've noticed that I struggle a lot in the evenings, when I'm at my desk working or watching TV with my husband. I want to munch on things like goldfish and triscuits. So I figured, why not try something they are constantly pitching on the Biggest Loser - chew some gum. So last night, when I wanted to munch, I stuck a piece of gum in my mouth.
And it worked!
