Greetings Buddies:
Happy New Week and New Month! I feel optimistic about the upcoming week, and the month of June. I plan to continue to cycle carbs and calories but try to reduce the frequency of my higher carb days. It is so easy to get "stuck" on the carbs (sugars) once I let a few extra ones in to my food plan.
Carbs are seductive - we think they taste great and give us a temporary "buzz"...but then the inevitable crash happens! Fat satiates better and longer!
