First day off in 25 days…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Woke up this morning..right knee alittle puffy..decided it was trying to tell me..it needed a day off…it was talking yesterday…but I was deaf….today I listened..as I enjoy walking and don’t want to sit to many days….added up miles for the month yesterday’…first part of month started out slow…but middle of month it picked up…my walking in here has improved so much…my bicycle wreck in 2018… messed me up both physically and mentally…as I dee all of that more and more over time…

So todays plan…..lol…second cup of ☕️…lol…and extending fast longer..I hit 24 hours in 30 min…might as well..keep it going…and just stay in room…no distractions…

Starting to get daylight…

Have a fantastic positive day…positive brings positive in return…
