Obviously I went a little overboard on breakfast today with all of that cheese. Now...here's my excuse:

We all went to see Harry Pottor 7 part 2 last night. I'm gonna put up a picture soon. It's funny. The 3D glasses were shaped like Harry's glasses. But I digress.... We didn't wanna buy any food, so we sneaked some in. I brought it all in my purse. I had a cheese quesidilla and a 100 calorie pack. Now, I know that I should have just had the calorie pack...but I hadn't eaten since dinner at 7 and it was 2:30 in the morning. You do the math because I'm horrible at math and would probably get it wrong.

All in all though...I think that I could have done alot worse. I'm really gonna have to watch my food intake today. That ALWAYS sucks. But, it has to be done because I chose to eat that much. At the time it seemed like a good idea. But now I'm facing a new day with less food than normal and that sucks. Not exactly what I would like right now. Well....what I would like right now is some Burger King and Wendy's and McDonalds and...I really need to stop watching America Eats on the History Channel. It makes you even hungrier. If I can't eat it though....I might as well watch it!

Bekka you still have 860 calories, if you think about it that is 400 calories a meal.. if you go light on lunch and make it about 300 calorie, and then have a 400 calorie dinner you can still have a snack... my lunch today was 486 calories and it was 4 oz of chicken breast (left overs from last night), 30 grams of shredded cheese, 1 tbs mayo, 1tbs calorie wise ranch and a multigrain bun and 6.8 ounces of cucumber ... I warmed the chicken up with the mayo ranch and cheese stirred it so it was a goopy mess of goodness, toasted the the bun put the chicken mix on the bun ate it opened faced because then it seemed like more food lol and then ate the cucumber inbetween to slow me down. I still have an apple to eat before I go to the gym and I had my morning coffee with a bagel for breakfast, straweberries for my morning snack and still have 445 calories left over for dinner. So it is totally doable.. now stop thinking about what you COULD have done, did you enjoy what you ate??? if so good... could you have done better maybe but w/e it is what it is. Drink your water and eat lots of veggies as they tend to be low cal and filling.
