I hope everyone's weekend has been going well.

I did my long run yesterday. 75 minutes out on the track. It was nice and cool in the morning so it wasn't bad running. It actually felt pretty good. I ran 6.3 miles. I'm planning on running a 10K this fall so I need to build up my endurance. I have a 5K coming up on June 6 and another on July 4. So much running, so little time.

I work out with the trainer today. I need him to focus on upper body since my legs are a little sore. We'll see what happens.
