Use Your Brain To Lose Weight

A great article. I spent one week working on the mental aspects of dieting and exercising before changing anything else and I am convinced that is why I will have ZERO setbacks on my way to my goal. It's the same process I used to lose 100lbs in 6 months before except this time I have planned out an end game :)

First of all, congratulations on losing 100 pounds. But what really caught my eye was your comment about having an "end game". Think that is what I've been lacking. Thanks for that.

BuffyBear, thank you. It was the lack of an end game that has me back here two years later losing the 100 pounds again :) However, this time it will be different. A whole end game approach has been developed!
