MattRide 🙋‍♀️ I have been diagnosed with about 3/4ths of these things, but since losing weight - my doctors have dropped several of my meds and I have much better mobility these days. It's not easy...but definitely worth it!!👍👍

Those are very valid health related points. I find the stats that increase our health with fat loss to be almost over whelming - it seriously makes such a huge difference.

So glad your health has improved! 😃 We're focused on the long, healthy life thing above all else here, too. After some experimentation, we've settled on pescetarian, with occasional exceptions. My husband loves it when I cook healthy food. We like each other enough that we'd like to spend a lot more years together! 😃 

I'm so glad your doing well and yes me and Pastor are doing well also.
