worked out for 2nd day in a row...trying to get back to the gym every day.Been a tough year with so much sickness and death and the flood in the house. Having said that know I am lucky...stayed on food plan with OAs help..lost all the weight...clean and sober 37 YEARS..I take no drugs..at all ..nothing mood or mind altering...other than shitloads of coffee...FOLGERS. OA.org if you want to not just stop but stay stopped for good..I wanted off the binge and restrict insanity of 60 years...yep..60 fucking years...food addiction does not go away friends...
