Dear FS friends,

I had one feeding frenzy, and weight remained steady. So it seems my formula is nearing perfection for my body. my knee is no longer hurting, my wrist and arm however are still throbbing, so not too much upper body exercise this week. I hope sunday the weather is dry so i can go to a climbing-place (big playpen for adults) with some guys from the gym.

exercise comes in three zones (D1-D3)
formula: 1400 + 100*D1 + 200*D2 + 400*D3.

so plan for this week until friday review:

- now: 2000 kcal: 1h spinning(D3), 1h walk (D1)
- sat: 3000 kcal: 4h cycle(D3) 4.5 h
- sun: 2100 kcal: climbing (D2), 1/2 core (D3)kick instead of climbing
- mon: 2600 kcal: 2h cycle(D2), 1h jog(D3)
- tue: 1700 kcal: 3h gardening(D1) (restday)
- wed: 2500 kcal: 1h walk(D1), 1h jog(D2), 1h spinning(D3)
- thu: 2400+kcal: 1h cycle(D1), 1h steps(D3), 1h spinning(D3)

(total 20 hours sport, of which 11 hours cycle)

That's a lot of time working out! Have you always been a sporty person? Or did you build up to this from the beginning of your weight loss journey? Ijust started last week and I do an hour on the elliptical, hoping that for now it will be enough to lose some weight (of course with healthier eating habits too)

i started my wieghtloss journey with less food, i could hardly walk three feet with nasty infections in my feet. no meds for astma and way over 113 kilo to carry every day. after half a year i lost almost 5 kilo and my doctor found out i had astma and for the first time in my life i got the right meds for that. after a year i lost another 10 kilo, and i picked up walking maybe once or twice a week, my foot problem was not over but way better. Then 1.5 years ago i hit 90 kilo and the foot problem was resolved i joined a gym. Since i have no longer the nasty effects of astma for the first time in my life i learned how other people can actually enjoy sports, without having to lay down after ten minutes (i never understood that b4, thought it was just me) so i slowly started to workout more and more. Now i am in training to virtually join the tour de france in juli. That means me behind the telly on my spinning bike for 5 to 8 hours a day for 3 weeks straight. so if you start, start at the beginning, dont be overwhelmed by anyone who already been through all that for years!!! just one step at a time in your own pace. Oprah once said: your choice, next year you can be either heavier or lighter, but i promise you, you will not be the same!
