It's another beautiful day in the "weighborhood" (forgive me Mr. Rogers...)

Hope everyone slept well and is ready to tackle this day with confidence, compassion, and common sense.💙 We never know if we'll be granted a tomorrow, so let's live today to the max!

Sleep deprivation for whatever reason is so pervasive in our country and hard to overcome .

I get 8-9 hours of sleep but it is not good sleep. I get up too much and wish I could figure that out. Have tried different things too.

Oh, how I know this! Often have seen weight go up after a bad night's sleep or down after a good one. I usually get enough sleep, but on a strange schedule. I'm often asleep by 8 and up at 4

edited comment: Highly recommend don't mess with sleep unless absolutely necessary💖🐈‍⬛. I needed to get up every 2 1/2 hours to take care of kitty (and I would do it again). But now, how to find new 'rituals' that say 'nighttime sleep rest' aarrrh!!! can't get past 3 1/2 hours (fitbit records)

People often overlook the benefits of sleep! It's so good for so many reasons! Hope you are having a good day!!!

I sleep awful I fall asleep ok but start waking up around 1am. Then it's about 20 min up, 10 min sleep till about 4 or 5 and I end up getting up...last night I woke up at 1230 am and was up till 330. Finally fell asleep, woke up at 5 and got up...again...getting old sucks.....
