MorticiaAddams we use to have a full size net down there but I brought it outside for my son to practice lacrosse with. They had fun playing with the small one though

Redporchlady 😄 theres nothing fun about weighted pull ups by any stretch 😄 maybe a small amount of fun with the deadlifts only because I just started doing them with the barbell again last month after exclusively using the hex bar for over 6 months. So it's been fun seeing myself progress pretty rapidly with the conventionals but I think that's going to slow way down now. I got 275 for 7 today on my heaviest set.

Good eyes to keep track of the ball in all that equipment!

Looks like a perfect way for the kids to burn off some energy! Any time my son went through a growth spurt, he would lose all coordination. Sometimes, he would even fall over while standing still, lol! As long as he keeps at it, your son will likely recover his previous skating skills.

A little advice for the deads. It’s important in this moment that you start slow. Being that the hex bar uses a lot less of the back. Let your body get use to your form and strengthen up before you lift any serious weight but good work 👍🏿

Supergainz1thanks that's pretty much what I've been doing. I've had so many lower back issues In. the past that I was really avoiding them all together. the hex bar is so much easier its like a half squat half deadlift and I can do way more weight with it. I started really slow when I went back to conventionals, only doing 135 and adding more and more each session. as soo. as my from starts to break down I drop the Weight for the next set. currently anything above 275 and my form is not good enough to do even 1 rep yet I can do 7 at 275 kinda weird but I'd much rather stay at this weight and add reps than add more weight and get hurt halting all progress
