What was your Work out of the day today? Today is my "rest" day but I don't idle well so instead I did some box jumps with a 20 lb vest on, situps on the decline bench with a 20 lb medicine ball and practiced some overhead squats with just the bar to work on my ankle mobility. I broke both my legs in multiple places back in high school and I really need to get better mobilty in my ankles if I want to add weight to the bar and do any snatches and overhead squats. Workout posts and transformation posts are my favorites so keep them comming I know there are many on here that find them very inspiring 👍

HCB I felt like superman when I took the weight vest off after doing them with it on lol. My wife's only 5 1 so she makes me feel tall 😄

StormsGirl nice workout 💪 ahh the legs well I broke the left one playing ice hockey in 2 places it snapped so loud the people in the bleachers legitimately heard the crack. And the right one I broke in 4 places right at the ankle actually broke the bottom of the one bone off and needed it screwed back on slack lining its like tightrope walking and alot of rock climbers do it for balance training I got really good at it and it started to get booring so I started bouncing up and down on the line and doing front flip dismounts off of it. I landed 1 poorly and wow was it bad. Ended up in a wheel chair for months. Didn't stop me from doing wheelies during class in hs though in the chair haha

Walnut Keeper nice enjoy the gym. And when it rains I frequently go to Walmart just to get some steps in on My lunch break 😄

TheUnhealthyDaddy 🙁 that stinks I was very fortunate to end up with full mobility in my elbow after months of PT last summer after I broke it going over the bars mountain biking. They were actually surprised I got it all back I guess whatever I did to it usually doesn't ever go back to full range of motion.

OTB there are many many many things I am sure you could teach me. However I finally see an area in which I excel. Rest! I have so got you crushed on that one

Daddy Manatee I was very shook up by the accident my son was in a his car seat sitting directly in the spot the car hit us thankfully it was a car that hit us and with us being in a pickup truck she went under us a bit but his Door was completely smashed in and I had to get him out from the other side. He was completely fine though and loved telling the police officer about the giant pillows that came down from the roof of the truck. And all about how now daddy could get an even bigger truck

otb, that's an; incredible workout!!! You are amazing! It was a rest day for me too but I decided to do a stepper workout to get some cardio in. Boy are my thighs sore! Back to lifting tomorrow. I'm starting a new class on Sat. It's something between HIIT/ Tabata, weightlifting and circuit training. My trainer is teaching it and it's tough! Am very excited 👍💪💪

Nice! 👌You’re doing one of my most feared moves with that high box jump. There’s a reason I’ve never broken a bone. Never done one of those. Lol

moko-22 haha thanks this box is actually soft so if you miss you won't hurt yourself I have came up short a few times and would have massacred my shins on a wooden box but it didn't hurt at all on this one.

Man, that is a workout!👍👍 I hit the pool for a water arobics class then did about 30 minutes of laps afterwards. I feel like such a slacker 😁
