Weight watchers says some foods have zero points and you can have any serving But when counting calories, some of those foods have calories, so I can’t just eat as much as I want. I don’t think weight watchers wants u to lose too much weight because then you won’t need to keep on coming back 🤷🏽♀️ They are about making money!

Perhaps the thinking is that if you fill up on the zero point food, you will be too full to bother eating the higher point value stuff. My diet involves a lot of plants high in fiber, so I'm too full to eat more caloric items like rice. Do not worry about criticizing meal plans that cost $$ -- a wise consumer considers all aspects involved. Weight Watchers is a business for profit.
