Meditated yesterday after lunch…might of been a nap…thought i heard all of the you tube..but…not sure…
Already walked hall this morning…one trip 1/4 mile…doesnt sound like a lot..but when your knees and legs dont want to move first thing in the morning…its a long distance…usually after breakfast..i e walked enough…that my legs/knees…are starting to move better…they will never move like they once did…all..i can do now is to continually work with them everyday to keep them moving…
I looked ay sundays whoop reading…om still in the red..by 1 % more then sunday…and i quit moving as much after lunch….temps are warmer for jan…rain tonight and tomorrow…foggy at tge moment…70 or close to it bext couple of days…my kind of weather for sure in winter…but probably means storms…
☕️ is gone….so time to get up…and start routine of pushups and resistance bands….set my intentions….make them happen…
