Happy Day, my FS friends!

Augurando a tutti voi un benedetto Anno Nuovo!

Just for Today, I Commit to Staying on My Food Plan! (Calorie Count and I/F)

I am lower today than I was one year ago - so that is progress!

Remember, WHATEVER you do today Sets Up the TREND for the coming year!

WE just got home from a brisk 25 minute walk, 18 holes of MINI-Golf with my husband and a small Dairy Queen! Exercise, fun and portion control!


It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?

Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

2023 Goals:

* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Return to HIIT mixed in with weight lifting at least three days a week

Thank you for mentioning you are lower this January than last. It helped encourage me since although I have gained 9 lbs in the last 2 months since I have been binging, I actually am 10 lb less than last January. I thought I would only start today giving up sweets to start slow but when I saw you mention more water, I too will try to drink more water or herb tea. Thank you, off I go to put on some hot herb tea.
