This was the least stressful holiday season I’ve had since having kids 18 years ago! I’ve come to dread Christmas (9 hour drive to sleep at in-laws for a week and celebrations that all have animals I’m allergic to) I ate what I wanted, worked out a few days, drank WAY less and lost a little. Ready for the new year!
