exersice:
5 min cycling
10 jogging to warm up.
1 hour spinning. (was heavy but i really got into it)
5 min cycling
10 min cycling
3 min cycling
manual labour at a farm aprox 1 hour
3 min cycling

food:
1300 + 200(1 hour spinning)+ 100 (low intensity other stuff) = 1600

tonight reviewing and adjusting.
