Trouble is, you a depriving yourself from having that treat, its about know when to stop for me, at the mo I dont feel like chocolate, or hot cross buns but if I did, I would make sure I trachtrack it and not feel guilty about eating the treat.

Each to their own Julie, but personally I am out to lose weight, not indulge myself when the whim takes me. That's why I am in this predicament to begin with :)

Yeah no, if that helps you, good on you, I just find for me thats how I roll! Seems to work, well so far so good. Can I ask what sort of plan your on? Im doing lchf its fantastic and I haven't stopped eating foods I like just limiting the carbs very good so far

I am doing a modified version (so my version really) of the 5:2 diet. Been on it for a few months and very happy with it.

Oh thats good eh, im not doing anything major I am just tracking my carb intake, I went to dietician and she put me on the low carb healty fat diet, gee its good way better than Weight watches! But what works for one may not work for others. You're going pretty well eh nice!
