Official weekly weigh in is tomorrow. Lots of water weight after yesterday. I had the turkey dinner with a couple of neighbors at the church supper hall, ate some really delicious stuffing but no potatoes. I only ate half of what they gave me on my one plate of food and I was stuffed myself! The weekend is not over, must really get a handle on what to eat at mom's birthday celebration. The shrimp dish on the restaurant menu looks good. Happy Sunday!
