on a dreaded 'diet plateau' arghhhh!!
Nearly 2 weeks and no weight loss on the scales :(
(No weight gain either....)

I think our bodies need to do this. The upside is when it does fall off you get a great sense of achievement. The trick is not to give up - it will happen.

Nope not faltering and no plans to, just don't like it when I do all I did before, and was losing, but not now.....life sucks :P

Yep I hear you :) This happens to me when I am most well behaved. I honestly think our bodies do this before a loss. When I started my weight loss was steady but now i am nearing my goal I notice I lose, then plateau just before the next loss. If the plateau is about two weeks I notice the loss is greater.
