Aimeejune's Journal, 15 Mar 15

Yesterday was a total fail. I hosted a baby shower and had some cake, and then that evening had some(a lot) of the cake top I had trimmed off. My grandma passed early that morning so I just wasn't mentally there and didn't care. But I am back on track. It is way to much work to make a little progress to blow it in a couple days. Wont have time to work out again today but I will stick to the healthy stuff.

You have my sympathies in your loss. And a day of cake does not a fail make! You're already getting back on track so just focus one meal at a time, friend. :)

I am so sorry for your loss. There is no doubt that cake is good! Don't be too hard on yourself for enjoying it. I am glad you are getting back on track.

The lost of my son some years back, still at times can put me in an emotional state of eating or even drinking lots of wine. Ive been working on myself and Im trying to acknowledge when I begin to feel that spiral that can take me down into that emotional state to try and find some positive interventions to break that cycle. Its tough losing a loved one and I hope that you begin to feel better, your in my prayers.
