#transformation tuesday... been a few months since I posted any progress pics mostly because I wasnt going in the right direction but heres 2 from last night.

wifey9707 😄 🤣 I actually look alot less squishy than last week but still squishier than a few months ago lol. gotta nip it in the bud before I end up right back where this all started. plus I've been really bulking up my new wardrobe now that I know my sizes aren't going to to change much.

Dude. You look awesome. You should be proud of yourself and not obsess as much because you managed to do a life change which is important. Occasionally your weight will go up and that is ok. I have been following AthleanX on YouTube. He is a fitness guru and I have learned a lot from him. Good luck on your continued journey. 👍👏

Golfmarina thanks! I truly wish it were easy to not obsess over it but for me it's not. The addict in me only knows one way and that's all or nothing. Food was my last coping mechanism I had left I cut all the other bad shit out of my life. I'm amazed In myself that after all these bad day or bad weeks that I have been able to turn it right around and get back at it again and lose whatever I gained back because the normal me would say screw It and go full bore ahead in the other direction. It's a sickness and a curse that occasionally works in my favor. Luckily my new addiction is fitness 💪 and not fittin a whole pizza down my gullet 😔 I think the sad reality is if I let the abs disappear they may never come back.

D_not_Cupcake thanks it really means alot and I'm really happy to hear when ever someone on here is inspired by my posts. I always worry now that people might think im bragging or trying to boost my ego or something. I realize I have achieved what others may have failed to do maybe even failed to do multiple times. But I wouldn't have gotten to this point and certainly wouldnt be able to stay here wiithout the help of some of the members on here. Hell I struggle like crazy trying to stay here you see me post about it all the time lol. I also cant believe any of you were able to get me to be social like this 😄 🤣!! For real there are more than a few including yourself that I consider to be friends at this point.

Otb, That's one of the reasons that I haven't posted pics. I'm not where I want to be yet and I also don't want to seem like I'm bragging. Personally, I am all for seeing before/after and progress pics. And I think everyone deserves to show off their hard work.

TheUnhealthyDad if it helps you decide to post when your ready I can say I 100 percent want to see your progress pics! It's my favorite thing to see on here that and everyone posting their exercise pics. I posted my first one after 90 days of deiting and then I did one every month after that for prob another 4 months. The support and positive comments I got made me want to push that much harder so I could post an even better one the next month. There's alot of really good people on here so post them up when your ready!
