#transformation tuesday... been a few months since I posted any progress pics mostly because I wasnt going in the right direction but heres 2 from last night.

Redporchlady thank you. the abs are already on their way back and loking alot better than they have been. hopefully I can push a few more weeks of a deficit and they might all show. been controlling the intake really well this week.

Abs are everything. Thank you for being brave enough to take "Before" pics, as that is a time many of us hide from cameras. Great incentive to overhaul one's life.

EggBeater42 😊 thanks. I have been up and down the scale for a few months now doing damage with eating then repairing then repeating the cycle lol. My main saving grace has been being consistent with the exercise and not letting myself get too far off track. I don't fully look like this everyday it was taken mid workout after doing a few sets of curls and some shrugs so my biceps and traps look alittle bigger than normal. My son took his shirt off and started flexing in the mirror so of course I had to join him 😄 🤣.

Awesome job! I know you are feeling completely different now. My waist went from 38.5" in Feb to 32.5" in June. I have only dropped another 0.5" this past month but it feels great! It is amazing what 20lbs of fat can do to your health, looks and performance. Keep up the hard work!

JustBananas as always thanks for the support. Somone had to convince me to take the before pictures I had no intention of taking them. they are from a few days after I started dieting but close enough. I am very happy I listened to them I don't think I would really beleive how different I use to be without the pictures as proof. It's also great motivation to not go back I deffintly looked at them recently and they helped me turn things around again.

TheUnhealthyDad thank you and yes I feel like a totally different person! I didn't take any actual measurements but I was struggling to close size 36 pants worn on the hips not natural waist line and now I wear a size 30. I can only imagine how many inches of actual waist line I lost though. Congrats to you on your success as well !
