This is a 3 day fasting week, and I have changed the food I eat on my fast days, and finding it rather difficult. (hungry, hungry, hungry)
Guess I just have to let my body get used to the new way of eating on these days....

Howzat I'm sorry you hungry... Just a thought... But do you think maybe you need more fat in your meals? I fasted twice this week...my very first time. Again just a thought. Hang in there!!
