last night was awesome. Last night I bowled like I knew how. My hubby is getting better and we won 2 games. Today is day 9 of renewed induction and so far I have consumed 10.5 carbs. I usually won't have a lot of dinner before I bowl tonight on a ladies league. I hope I bowl as well as I did last evening. It is supposed to rain later, and it isn't as warm as it was yesterday. I am trying to stay hydrated which entails drinking a lot of water. It isn't so easy because I really don't care to drink just water.
I think I have lost another pound, but I am waiting until Monday before I record it just to see if the pound actually stays off.

Your husband wanting to bowl a practice game before his league games was surprising to me. I have never heard of anyone doing that. He must be a diehard bowler. Congratulation for your bowling wins. :)
