diehard3's Journal, 13 Mar 15

This is day 10 of my renewed induction. Tonight I am going to another fish fry at the Catholic so I am using my carbs carefully so I can allow for the coating on the fish. I might try a piece of the baked fish, but baked catfish doesn't sound very good. They serve green beans and slaw and that works into my program. The weight is slowly coming back off, I don't want to spoil it now. I cut my carb count down further by using liquid Splenda. The little packets count for 1 carb each whereas the liquid is zero carbs. I am getting ready for the weekend, which is always hard to get through because our eating patterns are different. I want those pounds to stay off.

Weekends can be tougher for sure, wishing you the best, keep to your plan as best you can. I've had catfish baked and fried, I know there's some carbs in the breading but I've got to say, go for the fried. To me catfish is just made for frying. :)

I agree with LindaLee14. I am not a fan of Splenda. I believe the "LAST MEAL FIRST" when "Cheating" on nutrition (at least that is what I call it).
