CrystalJo74's Journal, 04 Oct 22

Hello 🙋🏻‍♀️💙

It has made SUCH a difference to me, to track & AVERAGE my journey! The daily ups, downs, bloats, "whatevers" become far less disturbing or upsetting when viewed from a distance 👀

Have a most wonderful day my friends! 🍁🍁🍁

Good idea for the calendar thing. I tend to go by this app a lot. I also pre-plan my dinner and adjust all over dining around that. I went over my calories by 116 by deciding to eat a roll and fun size cholate bar at a business event last night. Oops, but I walked more today to make up for it.

WisteriaSky233, oh yes! I use the FS app too + data from my Samsung watch...but the visual of the calendar is somehow very effective for me

Yes, track EVERYTHING! Some don't track their cheats or failures. You have to track them. It is okay to be weak at times. I went over 4k cals a couple times in September when my goal was 2200. I made up for those "bad days" and still lost over 3lbs. If you don't log the cheats, you end up cheating yourself from progress.

Wisteria, my Samsung watch seems very stingey about my steps....all my other trackers were more 'generous' (maybe more sensitive to movement)...I need to see if there's a setting to adjust for that on my Samsung🤔
