Looked at my September numbers.
1,446 Kcal average daily intake
77.69g Protein
145.61g Carbs
70.27g Fat
Fat Secret shows 4,947 daily average exercise calories. However that number is wildly inflated. My actual number according to my Health App is around 3,000.

I'm at 25.6% body fat (closing in on that elusive 25% "acceptable" line),
Subcutaneous fat is 22.5% and visceral fat is in the acceptable range. Body water is at 53.7% which is where it should be, Muscle mass, muscle storage ability, skeletal muscle and protein are all in normal to high range.

Overall, I'm pleased with where I'm at vis a vis where I was a year ago.
