I have finally dropped from the OBESE size to an OVERWEIGHT size on the BMI Scale :)

Congraqtulations!!!!Its a wonderful feeling! I am about 4 kg from the normal weight range. I do question the scales validity though cause I would say I am definitely healthy weight range now wearing baggy size 12. If I was the bottom of the healthy range I think I would be skinny and awful but as a general guide could use some realistic values.
