Still having trouble GETTING to sleep at night....ended up taking an ambien at 2:30 to get to sleep....up at 5:30 to let the dog out, and then got up at 9 so am moving the up time back toward normal. Once I idid get to sleep though I think I slept well.feel rested.
st was 186.6 this morning!
Did well on the night time hunger and eating, thnough did eat a few crackers after midnight. Still the weight is going down again. That is encouraging too.
No edema, but my eczema has brokenout again on my left hand and the index finger and thumb peeled like snake but not cracked.
