Things are progressing apace. Finished my 4 SCUBA re-certification dives over the weekend. Now I'm going to start some advanced courses. Saw my doctor yesterday and her scale has me at 186.2 pounds, so I'm obviously pleased with that. The weather has been absolutely perfect for my morning bike rides. I hope that everyone has a wonderful remainder of your week.
