Delicious! How great that you can have just a few chips! I love ciabatta rolls. There is a restaurant close to me that does French dips on ciabatta rolls. I used to buy packages of them and heat one of them in the oven to have with my morning coffee. Lots of butter on the rolls. One of the major reasons I have to lose weight!

I ❤️ ciabatta bread but I have to draw the line right there for it has too many carbs and cals for me. So delicious!

Jazzmin, I don't eat these every day, but total calories for my meal was 597. I'm in maintenance and 5 lbs. below goal. Also, today was a workout day & I knew I had a few more calories to play with. I don't "count" carbs but most days my carbs come in on the lower side. I had planned to make sandwiches to take with us to the park & we ended up staying home (rain). We had an indoor picnic instead 😊

I had a ciabatta roll (it was a cresant one) quite a while ago. I ate my tuna sandwich on it. I will have another again. I loved it.

That ciabatta roll might make me motivated to reach my goal and have a meal like yours once in awhile! I think it's great you are below your goal so have some "wiggle" room. And you are doing great going to the gym, you really seem to be enjoying yourself.

Hubby picked out these rolls at the grocery store. He commented we couldn't eat them all (there were 12, I think), since we don't want to eat them every day. I told him we could freeze most of them & leave out a few to eat. Fritzy, it is nice to have wiggle room. I try to eat within my calorie allowance most days, but occasionally I indulge in a few more. I am enjoying going to the Gym. Hubby & I go together...start on the Treadmill then we each go our own way. Some days we do meet back up @ the hot tub afterwards 😁 We do cross paths as we do our own individual plan.

I remember buying a pack of ciabatta rolls and they got moldy within a couple of days so IF I buy them they go right in the freezer. I had just joined a gym in February 2020 right before all the Covid lockdowns and having to stay at home. Went for about 3 weeks and was enjoying it.
