I am satisfied with where I'm at. Scale reads on the underside of the 185 mark and has been there for a while. I was 180 when I was twenty; am heavy boned and if I lose another 5lbs that's great, but not going to worry about it.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
