I usually work out well in advance how I am going to spend my RDI before the day begins, but today I am going to be so busy I have no idea what I am going to eat, or even when. I will try to input correct calories in, but it will be after the fact and not before, this time, so should be interesting on the number of calories I consume today

Definitely not giving up guys, I am in this for the long haul :) Many reasons why I gained this weight, and all of them just excuses, but I want to be a healthy granma for my gorgeous granddaughter, and I know that will take time and determination
