A friend of mine has been having great luck with BBB, but she has trouble with eggs and a number of other foods. BBB has eliminated all the foods that were giving her stomach and skin reactions, as well as making her feel great.

Yeah that's great! Once she's done it for a while, she could try just the yokes, I know a lot of people have issues with whites, but the yolk is yummiest anyways

Nice work Jackie your crushing it ! Curious what your maintenance diet plan is for once you hit your goal weight. Will you continue eating the same foods just a larger quantity of them, incorporate other foods as well, or change it up completely?

@otb123 I'm not 100% sure, I know I will fall somewhere in the keto/ketovore/carnivore spectrum, and right now I'm not restricting any calories, I'm eating as much as I want whenever I want. I'll probably be ketovore and cheat with keto., or be heavy meat with a few veggies a few times a month.
